Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellations when possible. I know things come up, but I promise the extra courtesy will not go unnoticed by me or the client who nabs your spot!

Please arrive on time. If you're 10 minutes late to a 15 minute appointment, that doesn't give me much time to pamper you and I may have to reschedule the appointment. Arrival more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time will be considered a "no-show."

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment, a "no-show", you agree to be charged for the full value of the appointment.

Skincare purchases are non-refundable except in the case of a documented reaction. If you have any questions or concerns about your home care purchases, please email Meg and she will do what she can to find you a regimen that makes you happy.
